RAKSUL INC. (“RAKSUL”) operates businesses in printing, advertising, and logistics under the concept of “Better Systems, Better World”.
At RAKSUL, we appropriately obtain, use, protect and accurately handle the personal information of our individual and corporate stakeholders including users, suppliers, partners, contractors, distributors, employees, and directors. We comply with laws, national guidelines, standards, and internal rules regarding the handling of personal information. Furthermore, we will continuously review and improve our internal rules for the handling of personal information and the organizational structure for implementing these rules.
1. Management of Personal Information
At RAKSUL, in order to comply with laws, national guidelines, and other standards concerning the protection of personal information handled in all of our businesses, we have established a personal information protection management system in accordance with the Japanese Industrial Standard “Personal Information Protection Management Systems – Requirements” (JIS Q 15001) and operate it appropriately.
2. Collection and Usage of Personal Information
At RAKSUL, when acquiring personal information, we consider the nature and scale of each business and clarify in advance the purpose of use and whether we will be providing the information to a third party. We will obtain consent from all stakeholders, use the information appropriately within the scope of the purpose, and take measures to ensure that the information is not used for purposes other than the intended use.
3. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties and Outsourcing of Personal Information Handling
At RAKSUL, we will not provide personal information to third parties except with the consent of our stakeholders or when required by law. When outsourcing all or part of the handling of personal information, we will select a contractor which meets adequate protection standards and take appropriate measures through contracts and other means.
4. Management of Personal Information
RAKSUL will take reasonable security and corrective measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal information.
5. Handling of Complaints and Inquiries regarding Personal Information
RAKSUL will take appropriate measures in response to complaints and consultations from all our stakeholders regarding the handling of personal information and our company’s personal information protection management system.
6. Continuous Improvement of our Personal Information Protection Management System
At RAKSUL, in addition to complying with laws, guidelines, and other standards concerning the handling of personal information, we will continuously review and improve our Personal Information Protection Management System.
